Compensation cables are used to connect the thermocouple with the measuring device

Compensation cables are used to connect the thermocouple with the measuring, regulating or temperature recording device. The thermocouple is made of two cores made of two different materials connected together at one end, performing the functions of the so-called the measurement junction and the two free ends “+” and “-” as the reference junction.

Thermoelectric voltages for compensation cables in the specified temperature range correspond to thermoelectric voltages for thermocouples according to PN-EN 60584-3. The deviations for the measuring and compensation cables are described in the DIN 43722 standard. Two accuracy classes are available, the higher accuracy class (1) is available only for thermoelectric cables – these are cables made of materials identical to thermocouples. The accuracy class (2) is available for both thermocouple and compensation cables. Our offer also includes versions compliant with IEC, DIN or ANSI.

We have a wide range of commonly used insulations, such as: PVC, silicone, Teflon, glass fiber or combinations of the aforementioned materials.

We look forward to working with you!
