Eltron-Kabel Sp. z o.o. was established in Jaworzno in 1989. The company operates in the field of modern and advanced copper processing technologies. It specializes in the production of electric cables and wires for industrial applications, supplying its products to the international network of factories of the largest electrotechnical concerns.

From September 2019, the company became part of the Helukabel group. The established cooperation will contribute to the development of the company, will allow the exchange of knowledge and experience, which will certainly have an impact on the increase in the competitiveness of the offer.

  2. The data will be processed in order to recruit for a job at the Administrator's and to implement the Administrator's legitimate interest described below.
  3. The administrator will process the following categories of your data: Identification data, contact details, address details, education data, data on the course of previous employment, data on interests.
  4. We process other data on the basis of your voluntary consent, which you expressed by sending us your recruitment application and their provision does not affect the possibility of participating in recruitment.
  5. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the Controller's legitimate interest - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter: GDPR), consisting in searching for and employing employees and conducting recruitment procedures aimed at employing an employee whose qualifications best meet the Administrator's needs.
  6. The basis for the processing of your data to the extent necessary to conclude and perform an employment contract is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR.
  7. The administrator does not plan to transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EEA, i.e. to third countries.
  8. Personal data will be processed until the end of the recruitment process. In addition, we may store personal data for the purpose of establishing, investigating or protecting against claims related to the recruitment process for a period of six months.
  9. You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its removal, as well as the right to limit processing, transfer data, object to the processing of personal data and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body if the data is processed contrary to legal requirements. In Poland, it is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  10. Due to the fact that the data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data, if this is due to reasons related to your particular situation.
